Custom Climbing Frames & Bespoke Treehouses
Having worked within the climbing frame market for many years, including directly for some of the top brands, we quickly realised the drawbacks and limitations of pre-boxed play equipment. The decision to offer an alternative and specialise in bespoke play equipment and custom designed treehouses was made. Our PlayCrazy brand of custom play equipment was launched for both garden (domestic/residential) and commercial customers.
Custom Build or Flat-Pack?
There are many reasons why bespoke and custom made bespoke climbing frames are a great investment. They are made to measure, from high-quality materials, designed for fun and safety, built to last, and customised to your families individual needs. Whether that’s due to space, budget, age or disability. If you are looking for a climbing frame that will provide your children with many years of fun and enjoyment, then a bespoke climbing frame is definitely the best option (learn more).
Here’s 5 of the main reasons why we think our PlayCrazy bespoke play equipment is a great choice and great investment:
Custom Climbing Frames
Features to suit your children's interests and abilities
Made bespoke to suit your children’s interests & abilities. Higher rockwalls & longer monkey bars so even older children can play.
Suitable for all size and shape gardens
Made bespoke to suit your garden space and shape.
Uneven surfaces or slopes are no problem
Our climbing frames are ideal for slopes or ineven surfaces. We can make design features of slopes so it looks great.
Designed for strength and durability
Our climbing frames allow you to play with your children. Larger lumber, hardware and stronger design means it’ll last many years.
Unbeatable Value
Designed for what you want, and to suit your garden. Meaning you only pay for what you need and want. It’ll last you children their entire childhood, making it a great investment.
Flat-Pack Alternatives
Standardised features and accessories
Buying flat-pack means you have to take the features sold with the product wether you want them or not.
Pre-designed Layout & Configuration
The product is designed to a specific and fixed layout design.
Flat level surfaces only
Flat-pack climbing frames cannot be assembled on uneven or sloping gardens because swings may collide.
50kg weight limit
Flat-pack climbing frames have a 50kg weight limit. Adult use is not advised due to excess wear which could affect the longevity.
Budget Friendly Compromises
If you budget is under £1500 then a flat-pack playset offers great value for money, but you can also expect your children to grow out of it by 8-9 years (or after a few years use).
