Selwood climbing frames must therefore be installed in a flat area of your garden to ensure they are stable enough to be safe to play on. The Duchess climbing frame from Selwood features a solid wooden play tower with a raised play deck for children to climb to as well as an enclosed lower play cabin. The play deck is covered by a solid wooden roof and enclosed around the outside with some windows so kids can see out of the raised play house. The roof offers shelter and protection from direct sunlight on hot sunny days. The play fort is shaded by the roof also so kids can stay cool while playing in side the play houses. The upper play house even includes a chalk wall for kids to get creative on, on the back wall of the play cabin plus there is a window box under the window on the outside of the play house that children can plant their 
own seeds in.
Children can climb to the play deck using the rockwall ladder and rope at the back of the playset. The rockwall ladder is designed to cater to different climbing abilities as the rockwall grips on their own can be quite a challenging climb, whereas the ladder slats can be used as an easier backup so less confident climbers can reach the play deck safely too. The rope for kids to pull themselves up with is also helpful for building children’s confidence. The Duchess playset also includes an enclosed wooden playhouse underneath the play deck which kids will love to play in. Little ones can enter the lower play cabin at the back of the play frame and there is ample room for several children to play at once inside the play cabin.
Lastly, the Duchess climbing frame also includes two slides at the front of the play fort. The two slides are side by side so kids can race eachother down the slides and exit the play deck two at a time rather than taking it in turns on just one slide.
