Flat pack builds from the mass manufactouers are designed for flat ground so if your garden has a slope, we will also have to cost up ground works.

Assembly Terms
The quote is fixed, we will be turning up in good faith so rely on honesty and images. We will be quoting the job and if something is missing can’t get completed on the day due to other issues not within our control then the full quote will be charged and expected to be settled on the day or charges will apply. If you’re worried then please check the parts have been supplied correctly.
All custom jobs are made to order, once the order is placed then we will assume full settlement will be made even if the order is cancelled (unless we haven’t had costs). We will usually order the wood and parts on the day or day after.
