The Skyfort climbing frame from Selwood is intended to be installed on top of grass or a safety flooring and is not deigned to be sunken into the ground like play frames from some other manufactures are. Therefore the Skyfort must be installed in a flat area of your garden to ensure it is stable and safe for children to play on.
The Skyfort climbing frame includes a wooden play tower jam packed with accessories and fun activities to keep kids amused for hours. The play 
tower includes a play deck for children to climb to which is enclosed around the outside and covered by a solid wooden roof. The roof is a great way of keeping the play tower sheltered from wet weather but also out of direct sunlight on hot days so kids can stay cool while playing. The play tower features the spacious play deck which children can climb to using either the step ladder at the back of the play frame or the rockwall at the front of the play tower.
The wooden play deck has ample room for several children to play in at once, and it is enclosed around the outside to keep little ones safe. Confident climbers and older children will enjoy testing their climbing skills and coordination on the rockwall while less confident climbers can practice on the slightly easier step ladder to start with.
Inside the upper playhouse, there are steps up to the lookout box at the side of the play fort which sits on top of the swing beam. The lookout box is railed around the edge to keep kids safe while climbing and it is the highest point of the climbing frame that kids can climb to. The swing set to the side of the play tower features two single belt swings as well as a two seater glider swing. Underneath the play deck of the Skyfort climbing frame is a wooden decking area with a picnic bench which is sheltered by the play deck making it an
ideal place for kids to rest between play, for picnics, playing games or children just socialising. The decking area beneath the play deck is railed around the outside and there is even space for a sandpit if you wish to install one for younger children in the family.
To the opposite side of the play tower to the swing set is the monkey bars. Children can use the monkey bars to climb to the play deck as well as the rockwall and ladder, however they are a more challenging activity which will test children’s strength and coordination. Older children and confident climbers will love the monkey bars and they are also a great accessory for younger ones to grow into.
Last but not least, the Skyfort climbing frame also features a wavy slide at the front of the play tower. The wavy slide gives children a fun way to exit the play deck and is a very popular addition to any play frame. The wave in the slide provides an extra bit of excitement on the ride down too.
