The Ridgeview Deluxe is engineered from cedar wood which is lightweight and stained to preserve the wood and therefore hel
p preserve the playset. The protective stain is what provides playsets from Selwood with their distinctive orange colour which is brighter than some climbing frames from other manufacturers which are made from more natural looking timber.
The Ridgeview Deluxe climbing frame features a wooden play fort with a platform for children to climb to as well as an enclosed lower playhouse, a rockwall ladder, picnic bar and seats, a slide, swing set, monkey bars and more.
The play deck included in the Ridgeview Deluxe’s play tower is enclosed by wooden railings and walls to keep children safe. The play deck is also covered by a solid wooden roof which provides shelter and shade on a hot sunny day. The wooden roof features sunburst detailing at each end and the play fort also features details such as a window box and a chalk board on the back wall for children to get creative.
Kids can reach the play deck by climbing the rockwall ladder at the front of the play fort or using the monkey bars at the back of the playset. The lower playhouse is sheltered by the play deck and enclosed which makes it a sheltered place for kids to play whatever the weather. The play cabin features a window which can also be used as a picnic bar as there are seats on the other side of the play cabin. This is a great place for children to rest between play and also ideal for having drinks and snacks too, plus it inspires games such as shops and restaurants.
The slide at the front of the Ridgeview Deluxe climbing frame provides a fun way for children to exit the play deck and is a popular part of children’s playsets. Slides can provide hours of play and this slide has been moulded with high edges to help keep children safe while playing.
