The Grandview Cedar Climbing Frame Install
The stunning Grandview climbing frame is a brand new for 2013 children’s playset from Selwood Products. This fabulous play frame takes up a relatively small amount of space considering it is so jam packed with activities and therefore would look great in any small, medium or large size garden!
The Grandview climbing frame is very similar to the Ridgeview Deluxe cedar climbing frame with the exception of a different type of slide. The beautiful cedar wood is splinter free and stained to make it rot-resistant and durable. It is the perfect wood for children’s climbing frames and blends into garden greenery too!
This fully loaded playset includes a sturdy wooden play tower, which features a 1.2m high play deck for children to climb to. The tower is covered by a solid wooden roof which keeps kids sheltered from rain and bright sunlight so they can play happily whatever the weather! The raised play deck is partially railed and partially enclosed around the outside to keep little ones safe and includes windows for them to look out of. There is even a fully functional window box for children to grow their own flowers in outside one of the windows of the upper play cabin.
The raised playhouse is accessed by a slatted wooden rock wall with multi-colour hand and foot grips at the front of the climbing frame. The rock wall offers a challenging climb for older children whilst the gaps between the slats help younger children to climb with confidence to reach the play deck. 
The impressive closed tube slide at the side of the playset offers a fun, safe and speedy exit from the playhouse and is definitely a hit with the kids! The enclosed spiral tube slide is not only the safest type of slide but it also saves space in your garden so you will not need such a large area for your climbing frame. As the slide is enclosed, there is no risk of little ones taking a tumble on the way down and it is twice as exciting to slide down! Underneath the play house the lower play cabin is fully enclosed with a small opening at the front to get in and a window/ serving hatch at the back of the climbing frame. This second lower play area is fantastic for kids to play in in any weather and is a great place to store toys too! The serving hatch at the back of the playset includes a wooden bench with a small tarpaulin canopy. This is the ideal place for a rest between play and for kids to have a drink. The hatch also inspires some creative game ideas such as cafes and restaurants.
Last but not least, the swing set. Swings are a definite favourite with kids, whatever their age and this climbing frame includes a three swing module. The swing beam features two single belt swings and a trapeze bar to provide variation. This play frame is ideal for a group of children to play at once and encourages social play.
