Dunster House MegaFort Climbing Frame Install
The MegaFort is one of the most impressive playsets from the range of Dunster house climbing frames. The MegaFort climbing frame is fully loaded with fun activities for kids making it relatively large so it will be suited to medium or large size gardens. The climbing frame includes two impressive play towers featuring wooden play decks that are joined by a solid wooden high railed foot bridge. The upper play decks are enclosed around the edge apart from where access is gained to the play platforms. This keeps little ones as safe as possible.
Both of the MegaFort towers are covered with a solid wooden roof which provides protection from rain and bright sunlight so children can play happily. Both play decks are accessed by large solid wooden rock walls at the back of the climbing frame.
One side of the climbing frame boasts a wavy slide which provides an exit from the upper play area of the first tower. The wavy slide is extra fun but is also designed to be safer with moulded high sides to reduce the risk of tumbles. The second playhouse can also be accessed by the set of steps on the opposite side of the playset. This allows younger children to climb safely and confidently if the rock wall is too challenging to begin with.
Children can exit the second playhouse by either going down the step ladder, running across the bridge to the other tower to go down the slide or by swinging onto the monkey bars which extend at the front of the climbing frame from the second tower. The monkey bar/ swing combo is an extremely popular feature which is great for involving older children who like a challenge. Monkey bars are an activity that younger children can grow into but it makes this playset appropriate for a wide range of children’s ages. Not only are monkey bars a fantastic way of improving kid’s strength and co-ordination, they can provide hours of fun too!
The monkey bar swing combo featured with the MegaFort climbing frame holds two single belt swings which gives this playset even more variation. The other play tower features a small swing beam at the front which holds a disc swing.
