Climbing Frame InstallationWe recently attended a property in Amersham on the outskirts of London to build a Dunster House MegaFort Mountain, one of Dunster Houses larger climbing frames. Double towers joined by a bridge, spiral slide rock walls and swing unit. On attending the property the three installers were ready for a days work and children very excited about the build however it appears over 70% of the bolts had problems, moving from broken thread to broken thread we managed to get the towers up. This was built from a simple picture of the end product and two instructions manuals that gave instructions for a single town unit so once the floor was on was useless.Playset erection team

We can build any manufacturers playset and climbing frame and moral of the story i’m afraid to say was not to leave it till the last day before a child’s birthday before building the climbing frame and problems out of our control i’m afraid will put a stop to the build.

This is looking like a very interesting build, we have now only through the customer received all the instruction to how to attach the bridge and we are ready to crack on when Playset Fitters Londonthe duplicate bolts arrive. This is going to be a pain to get right and the old bolts out but the job needs to be completed properly. We advise customers who have purchased Dunster House climbingClimbing Frame Maintenance Team frames to test the locking nuts onto the bolts supplied before hammering them into begin attaching the climbing frame together. Dunster House are replacing all of the bolts to our customer however within just a few days.

The Dunster House MegaFort is a lovely set if you have the space and the L shape design means children can run around and it will fit into a corner of the garden and with the spiral slide it means it does not use as much space and the MegaFort Mountain seems to tick all the boxes once installed properly by our Climbing Frame Installers.

Dunster House have now taken on board and resolved any issues surrounding the bolts that Climbing Frame Installerare supplied with their playsets so customers can feel confident in purchasing Dunster House products. Instructions for seperate modules of Dunster House climbing frames are now being phased out as part of their continual program of product development. Modular instructions are being replaced with comprehensive instructions that act as a guide from start to finish for installing Dunster House play frames, and they now contain an image of the finished erected product too. This means as the climbing frame is being installed the instructions will follow it through step by step rather than having to refer to instructions for each module, making them exclusive to each set.

Our professional installation team will continue to work in partnership with Dunster House, providing some of the best children’s play frames on the market and the best possible installation service.

Every manufacturer will occasionally have a problem, Dunster House, Selwood, Plum Products and even smaller companies like NI Climbing Frames but however upsetting it is we do feel the overall product should speak for itself and above all it’s not the problem, its how its dealt with that defines a safe company to purchase your climbing frame from….
