Installing the New Kinross Climbing Frame from Selwood Products
Climbing frames are a brilliant way for children to keep healthy and active. Outdoor play equipment can encourage children to play outdoors, explore the garden more and get plenty of exercise which promotes good health. This time of year is the perfect time to install a garden climbing frame as there is plenty of nice weather for children to play outside and can keep kids amused after school, at weekends and even during the long school holidays.
Climbing frames from Selwood Products are pre-cut and ready for self-assembly however at Climbing Frame Installer we understand that it can be hard to find the time to build your own playset and not everyone is confident with DIY. Flat packed climbing frames can quickly go wrong if the wrong part is used somewhere so why not take advantage of our professional installation service so our experienced climbing frame installers can assemble your playset for you. Our certified playset builders are experienced in building children’s play equipment from many popular climbing frame manufacturers including Selwood, Play Crazy, Wickey, Action, Costco, NI, Dunster House, Plum Products and Jungle Gym to name a few.
Wooden play frames from Selwood Products are manufactured from high quality cedar wood which is treated with an attractive red stain. The protective stain provides Selwood playsets with their characteristic rich orange colour but also helps prevent the wood from weathering too.
The Kinross climbing frame is new to the Selwood range and it features many popular climbing frame accessories for children to enjoy. The Kinross can provide hours of outdoor fun for your family and can be a great way for children to develop new skills too. The Kinross playset features a cedar wood play fort which includes a spacious raised play cabin for kids to climb to. The raised playhouse includes a solid wooden roof plus a chalk wall inside too for kids to get creative on. The play cabin is enclosed around the outside by solid wooden walls as well as railings to keep little ones safe from tumbles. The wooden roof provides shelter and protection from direct sunlight on hot sunny days while kids are playing in the play tower. The roof can keep the play fort shaded and cool on a hot summer’s day so children can play happily in hot weather.
The Kinross is similar to the new Hope climbing frame from Selwood also as it includes a space beneath the play deck which is perfect for a sandbox plus a rockwall ladder at the back of the climbing frame too. Kids can use the rockwall ladder at the back of the play frame to climb to the raised play cabin. The rockwall ladder caters to different ages and abilities as it combines the more challenging climb of a rockwall and the less challenging climb of a wooden step ladder. Confident climbers can use just the hand and foot grips of the rockwall to climb to the play deck but younger children can have the ladder steps as backup to reach the play deck safely.
The Kinross play frame from Selwood is a fun-filled playset which kids will love and plus it is designed in a compact way to cater for smaller gardens. Like the Hope climbing frame, the Kinross also features the space saving monkey bar swing set module which is popular in the Selwood range as well as other climbing frame manufacturers. The Kinross features a combined monkey bar swing beam module to pack even more fun activities into small gardens. The combined module saves space but also provides kids with two activities to keep them amused in the space of one. The Kinross playset is slightly smaller than the Hope climbing frame and it only features two swing seats.
The Kinross includes two flexible swing seats designed to help keep children balanced and safe on the swings. The seats grip children’s hips to help them stay on the swing whilst swinging. This play frame also includes a slide at the front of the play fort which kids can use to exit the play deck. The slide provides a fun ride down from the playhouse and is moulded with high edges to help keep little ones safely on track down the slide.
The Kinross climbing frame is similar to other play frames from Selwood including the Woodchester, the Henley, the Balmain, the Hope play frame and lots more. To view the whole range visit www.selwood.com.
