Installing the Jungle Gym ‘Mansion Balcony’ Climbing Frame
The Mansion Balcony climbing frame is similar to the Mansion Playhouse and the Mansion Playhouse 2-Swing play frames from Jungle Gym, except it does not include a swing set. The Mansion Balcony is an interesting and stimulating climbing frame designed to keep kids amused with a variety of activities.
The Mansion Balcony playset from Jungle Gym features a sturdy wooden play fort with a spacious play deck plus two railed lookout balconies for children to climb to, hence the name of this climbing frame ‘Mansion Balcony’. This fun-filled play frame also includes a slide, a rockwall, a step ladder plus space for a sandbox and other fun accessories to inspire games and role play.

The two balcony platforms on either side of the main play deck are not sheltered by a roof but are railed around the edge to keep little ones safe from
tumbles. The balconies make the play fort a lot more spacious so children can play together at once plus kids will love all the fun accessories which can be added to the balconies. The Mansion Balcony playset already includes a telescope and a steering wheel to inspire fun games.
Children can climb to the play deck using either the rockwall or the step ladder at the back of the play frame. The rockwall provides a more challenging climb so older children can test their strength and coordination skills whilst the step ladder gives less confident climbers a confidence boost and they can still reach the play deck safely.
Underneath the play deck is an open play area that can be turned into a sandbox if you have younger members in the family. A sandbox is easy to install and the sandbox boards are already in place around the base of the climbing frame. If a sandbox is not for you, or you do not have children young enough to enjoy it, the area beneath the play deck can be used for many other purposes like a seating area or for storing other outdoor toys which clutter up the garden.
