The Skyfort climbing frame is one of the larger playsets in the Selwood range. The Skyfort features an expansive wooden play tower with an upper playhouse for children to climb to, a picnic area beneath the play deck, a rockwall, a step ladder, a wavy slide, monkey bars and a swing set as well as a railed lookout box.
Climbing frames from Selwood are not designed to be dug into the ground like some outdoor playsets can be, therefore they require a flat area of your garden for safe installation. The Skyfort climbing frame stands on top of grass or a safety flooring so must be
built on top of a level area to ensure it is stable enough for kids to play safely on.

The main part of the play frame is the wooden play tower which has plenty of room for a group of kids to play in together. The play tower includes a raised playhouse 
covered by a solid wooden roof, with a railed porch area at the front of the play frame.
Children can climb to the playhouse using either the rockwall at the front of the climbing frame or the wooden step ladder at the back of the play fort. The rockwall presents a more challenging climb than the step ladder so confident climbers can test their climbing skills while younger children can build their confidence climbing the step ladder.
At the front of the climbing frame there is a wavy slide which kids will love whizzing down. The slide provides a fun way for children to exit the playhouse and is a popular climbing frame accessory too.
Underneath the play deck is the seating
area which is sheltered by the deck itself. The picnic area includes a picnic table and benches with space for children to play also. A picnic table is a great addition to an outdoor play frame as children can sit and play or have a picnic together.
To one side of the play fort there is a swing set which features two belt swings and a two seater glider swing. The flexible belt swings are designed to grip childrens hips as they swing to help them play safely, while the two seater glider is a great way to encourage children to play together so is great for siblings.
The opposite side of the play tower protrudes a monkey bar set which provides an
exciting additional accessory to keep confident climbers and older children amused. Monkey bars are a challenging activity that children can build their strength and coordination on.
