Problems will happen, it could be the actual playset, the way it has been manufactured, a change In regulations or the way it has been delivered.

Climbing Frame Installers

We do not advise you leave your playset in a dip where it will be sat in water. Do not lean the playset against the wall or trying to keep it from the rain. The wood will begin to bow and bend and then the climbing frame will be very hard to build. DO NOT leave one end of a box or the wood on a step or dangling off a wall, this again will allow the wood to bow but can normally mean even though its harder to installer its not impossible. Broken plastics do mean however depending on where the break is the parts will have to be left off and ordered from your manufacture. We would advide contacting Plum Products, Selwood Products, Rainbow or Action Climbing Frames or from where you purchased your playset and report any problems straight away with a picture. Remember to have your order number or receipt handy for the operator to track your order.

If you have broken parts upon arrival our qualified and certified installers will make the decision at to carry on and get the build completed or to leave the broken parts off. Major parts like the slide will be left off with cracks like you can see in the picture.
